When you go into a "food market" you are only going to see two types of foods. One is food made by God like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. The other type you will see is food made by companies that are in jars, boxes, bags, containers, etc. Now who do you think knows more about what is best for you, God or companies?

God's Diet is based on the concept that since God created us, He has designed food for our development and companies will never be able to produce food designed for a human being that is better than what God can do.

Simply put:

God's Diet Will Take You to Heaven.
Junk Food Will Take You to Hell.

I have spent the last 50 years researching the "best diet" possible for the human race. After reading hundreds of books and articles, subscribing to the best health newsletters available and having numerous dreams from God Himself, I have summarized all that I have learned in this one post: "God's Diet"

What I do here, is to boil down all I have learned into the "basics" of all that information. By reading this entire post and watching every video, you will be able to know, that "whenever" you eat or drink anything, you will no longer be "unaware" of what the effects will be, on your body, from what you are consuming.

To give you just one dream I had many years ago, to illustrate what I have been given from God:

[I dreamed I was skipping along in the clouds having fun eating raw vegetables when I decided to eat cook vegetables. As soon as I did this, I started falling out of the sky towards earth. A voice from the sky then said: "NAY, NAY, NAY".]

At the time I had that dream, I had no idea why cooked vegetables were so destructive, but I now I know. The cooking of vegetables destroys nutrients and fiber we humans so desperately need for our physical, mental and spiritual well being. Even lightly steaming vegetables kills enzymes which have a very important life giving function.

You are now given "for free" what I have spent all these years of research and considerable expense, to find out what you can have now for just a little effort on your part.

This website will never be finished, because I will always be making improvements, as I learn more on the human diet. All caps are used for emphasis.

FOR US AT ALL. HE JUST WANTS OUR MONEY.

DID GOD MAKE PIZZA, HOT DOGS, DONUTS,
CANDY BARS, CAKE, PIE, AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER
KINDS OF JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD?

NOT HARDLY!

GOD CREATED GRAPES, LETTUCE, PARSLEY, NUTS,
BEANS, ORANGES AND ALL KINDS OF VEGETABLES,
FRUITS, NUTS, LEGUMES, GREENS, ETC.
NOBODY CAN SERVE GOD, IN THEIR DIET, BY
EATING THE JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD
CREATED BY MAN. GOD MADE FOOD FOR YOU,
THAT WAS "DESIGNED" FOR THE HUMAN BODY.

MAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DESIGN FOOD
THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. JUNK FOOD AND MOST
PROCESSED FOODS DO NOT BELONG IN YOUR BODY,
ANYMORE THAN KEROSENE BELONGS IN
YOUR GAS TANK. AUTOMOBILE ENGINES WERE NOT
DESIGNED TO RUN ON KEROSENE AND YOUR BODY
WAS NOT DESIGNED TO RUN ON JUNK FOOD AND
MOST PROCESSED FOOD.

BUT MAN TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU BY MAKING
JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD TASTE GOOD
AND "HOOK YOU" FOR PROFIT WITH LITTLE
OR NO CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH. THIS IS
THE PRIMARY REASON WHY THERE IS SO MUCH
SICKNESS IN THE WORLD.

IF ANY PERSON STOPPED EATING ALL FOODS MADE
BY MAN AND ONLY ATE FOODS CREATED BY GOD,
MOST OF ALL ILLNESS WOULD JUST "GO AWAY"
EVENTUALLY.

HERE ARE THE RULES FOR SERVING GOD IN OUR DIET.

ALL VEGETABLES THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW, "SHOULD"
BE EATEN RAW BECAUSE COOKING
DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.

VEGETABLES THAT CANNOT BE EATEN RAW,
MUST BE COOKED, AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE,
TO BE PALATABLE.

THE SKINS OF POTATOES (BAKED) SHOULD BE EATEN
AND ACTUALLY ARE MORE NUTRITIOUS THAN THE
STARCHY PART.

ALL FRUITS (EXCEPT APPLES)
THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW, "SHOULD" BE EATEN RAW
BECAUSE COOKING DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.

ALL NUTS THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW,
"SHOULD" BE EATEN RAW
BECAUSE ROASTING DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.

ALL FOODS MADE FROM GRAINS,
"MUST" BE WHOLE GRAIN FOODS
BECAUSE PREPARING THEM ANY OTHER WAY,
REMOVES IMPORTANT NUTRIENTS AND FIBER
AND THEREFORE BECOME UNFIT FOR HUMAN
CONSUMPTION.

ALL SEEDS THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW,
"SHOULD" BE EATEN RAW BECAUSE ROASTING
DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.

EATING THE FLESH OF ANY DEAD ANIMALS,
WHICH INCLUDES ALL SEA FOOD, IS

IN MODERATION BUT THE MILK FROM EACH SPECIES, WAS DESIGNED BY GOD, FOR THE YOUNG OF "EACH SPECIES" AND FOR NO OTHER SPECIES, NOR FOR THE ADULTS OF ANY SPECIES.

DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IS PERMITTED
IN MODERATION.

ALL FOODS GROWN BY MAN SHOULD
BE PICKED ONLY WHEN RIPE.
PICKING FOODS BEFORE THEY ARE RIPE
KEEPS GOD FROM FINISHING HIS JOB
AND ARE THEREFORE NOT VERY GOOD FOR US.

NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.

GREENS SUCH AS DANDELION LEAVES, KALE, ETC.
MUST BE COOKED. LEGUMES SUCH AS BEANS, LENTILS,
ETC. MUST BE COOKED.PEANUTS ARE A LEGUME AND
CAN BE EATEN BOTH RAW AND ROASTED.

THE FOODS THAT YOU WILL EAT, HAVE BEEN GROWN
ABOVE GROUND OR BELOW GROUND.
THE MAJOR PART OF YOUR DIET SHOULD BE THAT
WHICH HAS BEEN GROWN ABOVE GROUND, LIKE 60%
ABOVE AND 40% BELOW.

VEGETARIANS CAN GET PLENTY OF PROTEIN FROM
MIXED RAW NUTS, MIXED LEGUMES,
MIXED SEEDS, EGGS AND DAIRY FOODS.
BUTTER SHOULD BE USED INSTEAD OF MARGARINE.

VEGETARIANS NEED TO EAT SOME EGGS
AND DAIRY FOODS TO GET VITAMIN B-12 OR
TAKE A SUPPLEMENT.

SALAD DRESSINGS IN STORES, SHOULD NOT BE USED,
IF THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM.

The only things that are natural in this world, are things created by Jehovih. Things created or made by man are not natural. If you want to know just how dangerous the processed food, in these stores are, then go to and check out what is available there. It is a lot smarter to spend money on knowledge, than to spend money on doctors, drugs, hospitals and hundreds of over-the-counter preparations.

Most health problems can very easily be solved by changing your eating habits from junk food and processed food and fast food, to just plain simple food that Jehovih has created for all of us. Ninety percent of all the health problems, afflicting people all over this world, is caused by improper diet. For the average person, changing their diet, to what God has created, is all they need to do, for most or all of their health problems, to just go away, eventually.

In this world there are countless recipes created by people. The above recipe is just one example of the unlimited combinations put together by people. The additives used by food processors can cause you a lot of problems. That is why it is better to trust God, than to trust any other person, when it comes to food for yourself and who you prepare meals for.

All you have to do is type in "raw food diet recipes" in search engines like www.google.com, and you will find more ways to fix good healthy meals than you can count. There is no excuse for anyone to eat a bad diet when there are unlimited ways to eat right in the first place. The average person in this world is eating themselves to death because they do not realize what they are doing.

Just because something tastes good, does not mean it is good for you. There are numerous ways to make very good tasteful meals and still eat in a way that you will never get sick or have any disease at all. Science has proven this to be true and there are tons of books out there and web sources that you can research to prove this to yourself.

People go to doctors when they get sick, when they should change their diet, use herbs, clean out their colons or do other natural things, to get well, instead of drugging themselves to death, treating the symptoms of their problems.

People all over this world must start learning the natural way back to health or they will never be healthy. If people would only build their diet around God's Diet, they would eliminate most or all of their sicknesses and diseases eventually.

People all over this world are finally beginning to realize that proper diet and choosing the right foods will cure ailments a lot better than going to a "Drug Doctor". There are books coming out all the time telling you what foods to eat to deal with certain ailments. The more you learn about theses things the better off you will be. You can join a book club like and they will have the latest books on using food to treat your illnesses.

I get dreams about my health problems all the time and I believe anybody can do that if they will only take an interest in their dreams and start writing them down in the morning.

For instance I was told to always eat raw vegetables, to drink vegetable juice like V-8 to get rid of free radicals, to not eat meat or I would go down in darkness, to eat blue berries or large purple grapes to control anger, to drink Squirt for a certain type of stomach ache (otherwise never to drink any soft drinks), drink red wine, or beer, or hard liquor depending on the circumstances but not too much, eat peanuts and raw mixed nuts for bodybuilding, to drink dandelion root tea to protect my liver, to drink a lot of lemon juice to clean out my kidneys, to take vitamin D every day because I wasn't getting enough sunlight, to drink lots of water, to drink green tea, to not eat ice cream, to not drink very much milk, to eat hard boiled eggs, to drink pineapple juice, etc.

Anybody can do this if they just try. Your dreams will help you through any problem but you have to learn the symbols and everybody is different. The Walking Garbage Cans

The average person's diet is not bad at all, it is terrible. Not only that, the average person's colon has never been cleaned out by enemas and colonics their entire lives. They are not only eating themselves to death every day but their filthy colons are putting poisons right back into their bodies on a daily basis. To further add insult to injury, when they get sick from both of these terrible transgressions against their bodies, they run off to their doctors and get some drugs to try to get well.

There is no permanent healing to those people who walk around every day like a bunch of garbage cans because of the junk food they eat and because of their filthy colons. They want their children to grow up healthy but instead of feeding them healthy food in the first place, they go to their doctors and have their precious babies inoculated with poison to protect them from the terrible diseases they will get because the parents will not feed their offspring a healthy diet in the first place.

It is an insanity beyond my compression that these parents are so ignorant that they do not understand that health comes from proper diet and will never come from any other source whatsoever. Talk about child abuse. There is no greater child abuse you can possibly commit than feeding a child a rotten diet and causing the child to grow up with "trained tastes" that will eventually cause all manner of terrible diseases Then they will go to doctors and expect them to cure them with drugs. It is never going to happen, I do not care what these drug companies and their cohorts, the doctors, tell you.

Every human being was created by the Creator and only those things created by Him for our bodies will ever bring real health. What man creates will never bring health.

When it comes to the filthy human colon making people sick, go to www.google.com and type in "colonics" and start reading. The human colon cannot completely clean it's self. Feces are left in there and will cause you all kinds of problems. I don't recommend any other method of cleaning the colon except with just plain water.

Dr. Druggard

Once upon a time, this woman went to her family physician, Dr. Druggard, with a constipation problem. The doctor thought for a moment, and decided to prescribe a new drug, a salesman from a drug company said was the latest thing for treating constipation. The drug had some possible "side effects", and the doctor told the patient to read the possible side effects, and report to him if any of them showed up.

One of the possible side effects was urinary incontinence, which happened to the woman, and she had to start wearing "diapers". The woman went to her doctor and told him what had happened. He said for her "not to worry", because he had "another drug" that would stop the incontinence. The incontinence drug had possible "side effects" and the doctor told the woman to tell him if any of "them" showed up.

About two weeks went by and she developed a skin rash, which was one of the side effects of the incontinence drug. She went to her doctor to tell him what had happened. He said for her "not to worry", because a drug company, had just come out with a new drug, that would take care of her skin rash. This drug "also" had side effects, and the doctor told the woman to be sure to tell him if any "of them" showed up.

Only a few days had passed and she started "seeing double" which was one of the side effects of this new drug. This time, the doctor told her he had "run out of drugs" to treat her new problem and told her to go see her eye doctor.

When she went to her eye doctor, he ask her what she thought might have cause the double vision problem. Whereupon the woman told him the whole story, from constipation on down. The eye doctor told her, that before he would try to fix her eye problem, she should find out what caused her problem of constipation in the first place. So she did some research on the web and found out that eating "white flour foods", like pasta, donuts, cookies, bread, rolls, etc., cause constipation because they have very little fiber in them.

She called her family doctor and told him what she had found out. She asked him, "why didn't you tell me what had caused the problem in the first place."

The doctor told her, that he was "trained" to treat people with drugs, and did not know anything about that "natural stuff."

Smart Females

There are a lot of men that are intimidated by smart females, especially when dating them when marriage is a possibility. I am not in the least bit intimidated by a smart female. As far as I am concerned, the smarter the better.

But I don't care how smart any female is, there are many areas of life, and subjects that I can always out perform any female I could ever come into contact with, no matter how smart she is. No person knows everything. Besides that, I would sure get bored with a dumb female I had to deal with, regardless of the situation I would find myself involved with one. Especially a "close" relationship.

If I ever get married again, I definitely would like to marry the smartest female I could find. Look what I could learn from her.

And by smart, I do not mean one who is vain about her intelligence. If she has no humility along with her intelligence, then she would be a bore. My definition of a smart female is a person who is well informed on a wide variety of subjects and who is aware that no matter how much she knows, she is always open to the possibility that she can be wrong about anything. That is intelligence.

Pre-judging Issues

I used to watch the Jerry Springer show. When he would have a guest on his show, the audience would always be very sympathetic to the guest, when that person was telling his side of his relationship with someone. The audience knew darn well that the guest would soon bring out the other person, he had been talking about, and the other person would tell their side of the story. But that didn't stop the audience from showing sympathy for the guest.

Then when the other person came out and was always completely humiliated in front of the audience, by what the guest said about the other person, the audience would invariably change their tune and be sympathetic for the other person when the other person told their side of the story. This is pre-judging the situation before having all the facts.

People do this all the time. I find it almost impossible to sit down and talk to anyone about a subject but what they interrupt me before I can even get my point across and they prejudge what I want to say before they have even heard all I have to say on the subject. People do this because they really do not even want my point of view but just want to foist their opinions on me. Men are much more inclined to do this than women. Females are always better listeners than men are.

Men are too "macho" about things and want to be the one in control and therefor want to dominate the conversation by being more forceful in their views. Who is doing most of the fighting in Iraq right now, men or women? If I could suddenly, turn all the men in Iraq into women, how many people do you think would die from this day forward? Probably none. Women, as a general rule, do not kill adults. They are destroyers in another way. Read the rest of my articles.

The average court room is a "three ring circus". There is this prosecutor who only wants to condemn a person and send him to jail. He loves to do this. He is the type of person who finds fault with people a lot. He is good at seeing the evil in others so he loves to prosecute and punish what he sees is bad people. He really does not care what the truth is, he just wants to win because, really he just wants to use his position to "jump start" his future into a higher political position.

The attorney for the accused is there to defend the client against anything the prosecutor can throw at the accused. He also does not care want the truth is, he just wants to win the case so his fame will bring more clients and money. Remember the money.

The judge is like the referee who makes sure these guys obey all the rules in this "three ring circus."

The jury is supposed to listen to all of this stuff, pro and con, and decide if the accused is guilty or innocent.

Now, all the prosecutor is after is CONVICTION.

All the defending lawyer wants is ACQUITTAL.

All the judge wants to do is clear his docket (cases to get done with).

Now the jury. Upon these people is the job to decide the fate of the accused. That is the biggest burden in all of this spectacle. The problem in all of this "three ring circus" is that these people have not been given all of the truth, in the case, to even come to a fair decision in the first place.

The accused has been given no opportunity to give "the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help him God," in the first place, even though the court (judge) has ordered him to do so. When the prosecutor demands an answer from the accused, the accused is ordered to give a "yes or no" answer, when a "yes or no" answer is not "the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth" so help me God.

A "yes or no" answer never tells the whole truth because there are "extenuating circumstances" which the accused needs, to tell the truth, and the jury needs to "know" in order to make a fair decision.

Juries all over America are finally taking it upon themselves to take these "extenuating circumstances" into consideration, much to the consternation of prosecutors and judges and lawyers.

Praising Others

Praising others does nothing to the person doing the praising. Name dropping doesn't add one whit to you at all. Singing the praises to some God does nothing for you or your relationship to that God. He already knows who He is. Chasing after movie stars and the rich and famous does nothing for you.

Always talking about how great some other person is, does nothing for you. People feel that praising some famous person will somehow rub some of that fame off on them, are just kidding themselves. Taking the name of some famous person will do nothing for you. When you do take the name of some famous person, that is akin to stealing or trying to steal what belongs to someone else.

It does nothing for you. You must develop your own talents and abilities before any greatness will be added to you. You cannot steal from others what they have done and accomplished and expect it to do you any good at all.

The moral of what is said here is: "Get a life of your own."

Dr. Michael T. Murry N.D., who is a professor of Natural Medicine, has collected over 50,000 scientific articles, is the author of over 20 books, proves that natural medicine heals and drugs do not heal.

What these drugs companies do, is go the natural source of healing nutrients like phytochemicals, minerals and vitamins, that are found in plants, and then in a laboratory, make a synthetic (fake) version and sell this to people for gobs of money.

It is like "stealing form God" and "faking up the stuff" and using the "faked up version" to try to "treat" your symptoms. These "fakes" have serious potential "side effects" that can be worse than what they are trying to treat in the first place.

These drugs companies are bombarding the "boob-tubers" so much that those people can't find their way to health because of being brainwashed by these drug companies and their slick "Madison Avenue" commercials. These drug companies are always telling you that they have a cure on the way and even though they do treat symptoms, real healing never happens and never will, because healing only comes from our Creator and never from any other source.

These drug companies make a big mistake when they go to a plant and take out just "part" of the whole plant's "nutrient formula." When the Creator made that plant, He made the proper combinations of nutrients, to work well together for your health. When the drugs companies take out only "part of" what He put in there, they mess up the formula.

A really good example of this is the soybean. Everything I have read about food using soybeans is that when the food processors use only "one part" of the soybean in foods, they mess up the formula God used and it is therefore harmful to the physical body. That is the reason WHOLE FOODS is the only way to eat, which is the way God made them.

Another good example is when millers separate the grains of wheat into separate parts and use the separate parts in food. This is why all ''white flour foods" are very bad to eat because the bran and germ has been removed.

All white flour foods are high gylcemic and when eaten causes sugar to rush into the blood stream too fast, which causes the pancreas to rush in insulin to control this and this is so hard on the pancreas that "it" soon wears out and causes a person to become a diabetic. The fastest way to becoming a diabetic is to consume lots of sweet stuff and white flour foods, especially when combined together like cake, cookies, rolls, donuts and junk food like that.

Angels do have the ability to keep animals alive for awhile in the spirit world because people here on earth become so dependent on them that animals are kept alive for a period of time until those humans who need them can get along without them. Then the animal just goes out like a burned out light bulb and is seen no more. People can go out of existence too but that is rare now. The only people who might go out of existence are those who do not believe in a creator or god of any kind or do not believe in an afterlife of any kind. People who cause trouble are "below" grade 1, even below the animals.

America Is A Drug Infested Nation

Many years ago, when this nation was first going through it's growing pains, and people had heeded the call, "Go West Young Man, Go West", these same men, who went west, got sick now and then and would seek some sort of medical help. Dealers of the drug trade, would come along with their various "so called" cures for whatever ailed these sick people. Their claims were always atrocious and would claim to cure almost anything imaginable. They eventually would be called the "Snake Oil Salesmen".

Down through the years, these drug making people began to delve into the study of drugs, trying to come up with better and better '"snake oil preparations". The problem with all of these concoctions, was the fact that none of them could be called "natural", and even though they may bring temporary relief or treat the symptoms, no actual cure was ever accomplished. And when this drug or that drug may have seemingly "cured" a certain problem, sometimes the side effects would cause problems much worse than what they had '"cured? " in the first place.

These drug companies, in order to protect themselves from lawsuits, as a result of the side effects that these drugs could cause, would write up a long list of all the possible side effects to be able to tell their customers:

"See, we told you what the dangers of taking this medicine was".

"See, we warned you that this stuff could be dangerous".

These drug companies are still at it, promising all kinds of great cures in the pipeline, so people think they can keep on with their unhealthy ways. They think they can eat all those lifeless foods, because the drug companies will always come along and cure (?) them. So people think they do not have to stop committing all those crimes against their own body and soul, because the drug companies will always come along, and save them. So they keep right on committing any old sin against their body that they want to, because it is so much fun, and these drug companies don't care what happens to your body or soul as long as they can get some profit from it.

There is nothing natural about drugs and very little good, in the long run, will every come out of them. God says in OAHSPE, that inoculations are the BATTLE AX of Satan and that man must find the "higher law" and that higher law is just simply to live the most natural way you possibly can and you will never have to resort to the use of any drug, because you will not get sick in the first place. The only reason why anyone, should ever take any drug for anything at all, is when they just do not know a more natural way, and they do not know what has caused the problem in the first place.

The greed of these drug companies is so great, it bothers them not that senior citizens, on these drugs, because of their limited income, have been forced, many times, to spend their meager income on drugs, instead of proper nutritional food, or pay for heat for their apartments, or other things far more basic than drugs, that they actually do not need at all, if they just knew the truth about the healing forces in the proper diet. Food should be their "medicine" instead of drugs.

If people would only eat what God wants them to eat, ninety percent of all illness and disease would just "Go Away" eventually. Proper food should be your medicine, not drugs. Many, many people in the world could just solve their own health problems if they would just do a little research into proper diet.

Cloning Humans

The only thing I can say about cloning humans is: you do not know what you are creating in terms of the soul.

When a human egg is fertilized by sperm, an embryo is created.

At this time a new person begins their life. That is the way all humans begin their lives.

Not only is an embryo the beginning of the physical body but it also is the beginning of the mind and soul of a new person. Jehovih is the only one who can put a soul in a body.

If man clones another person, will Jehovih put a soul in that embryo? You will never know?

Also, a person may be created with serious mental and emotional and physical problems and those who do the cloning will be held responsible by Jehovih.

I think it is very dangerous to try to do something that only the Creator is supposed to do. There are just some things people should not mess with.
