When you go into a "food market" you are only going to see two types of foods. One is food made by God like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, etc. The other type you will see is food made by companies that are in jars, boxes, bags, containers, etc. Now who do you think knows more about what is best for you, God or companies?
God's Diet is based on the concept that since God created us, He has designed food for our development and companies will never be able to produce food designed for a human being that is better than what God can do.

I have spent the last 50 years researching the "best diet" possible for the human race. After reading hundreds of books and articles, subscribing to the best health newsletters available and having numerous dreams from God Himself, I have summarized all that I have learned in this one post: "God's Diet"
What I do here, is to boil down all I have learned into the "basics" of all that information. By reading this entire post and watching every video, you will be able to know, that "whenever" you eat or drink anything, you will no longer be "unaware" of what the effects will be, on your body, from what you are consuming.
To give you just one dream I had many years ago, to illustrate what I have been given from God:

At the time I had that dream, I had no idea why cooked vegetables were so destructive, but I now I know. The cooking of vegetables destroys nutrients and fiber we humans so desperately need for our physical, mental and spiritual well being. Even lightly steaming vegetables kills enzymes which have a very important life giving function.
You are now given "for free" what I have spent all these years of research and considerable expense, to find out what you can have now for just a little effort on your part.

US TO EAT AND MAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS BEST
FOR US AT ALL. HE JUST WANTS OUR MONEY.
DID GOD MAKE PIZZA, HOT DOGS, DONUTS,
CANDY BARS, CAKE, PIE, AND THOUSANDS OF OTHER
KINDS OF JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD?
GOD CREATED GRAPES, LETTUCE, PARSLEY, NUTS,
BEANS, ORANGES AND ALL KINDS OF VEGETABLES,
FRUITS, NUTS, LEGUMES, GREENS, ETC.
NOBODY CAN SERVE GOD, IN THEIR DIET, BY
EATING THE JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD
CREATED BY MAN. GOD MADE FOOD FOR YOU,
THAT WAS "DESIGNED" FOR THE HUMAN BODY.
MAN DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DESIGN FOOD
THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU. JUNK FOOD AND MOST
PROCESSED FOODS DO NOT BELONG IN YOUR BODY,
ANYMORE THAN KEROSENE BELONGS IN
YOUR GAS TANK. AUTOMOBILE ENGINES WERE NOT
DESIGNED TO RUN ON KEROSENE AND YOUR BODY
WAS NOT DESIGNED TO RUN ON JUNK FOOD AND
MOST PROCESSED FOOD.
BUT MAN TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU BY MAKING
JUNK FOOD AND PROCESSED FOOD TASTE GOOD
AND "HOOK YOU" FOR PROFIT WITH LITTLE
OR NO CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH. THIS IS
THE PRIMARY REASON WHY THERE IS SO MUCH
SICKNESS IN THE WORLD.
IF ANY PERSON STOPPED EATING ALL FOODS MADE
BY MAN AND ONLY ATE FOODS CREATED BY GOD,
MOST OF ALL ILLNESS WOULD JUST "GO AWAY"
HERE ARE THE RULES FOR SERVING GOD IN OUR DIET.
ALL VEGETABLES THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW, "SHOULD"
BE EATEN RAW BECAUSE COOKING
DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.
VEGETABLES THAT CANNOT BE EATEN RAW,
MUST BE COOKED, AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE,
TO BE PALATABLE.
THE SKINS OF POTATOES (BAKED) SHOULD BE EATEN
AND ACTUALLY ARE MORE NUTRITIOUS THAN THE
ALL FRUITS (EXCEPT APPLES)
THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW, "SHOULD" BE EATEN RAW
BECAUSE COOKING DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.
ALL NUTS THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW,
"SHOULD" BE EATEN RAW
BECAUSE ROASTING DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.
ALL FOODS MADE FROM GRAINS,
"MUST" BE WHOLE GRAIN FOODS
BECAUSE PREPARING THEM ANY OTHER WAY,
REMOVES IMPORTANT NUTRIENTS AND FIBER
AND THEREFORE BECOME UNFIT FOR HUMAN
ALL SEEDS THAT "CAN" BE EATEN RAW,
"SHOULD" BE EATEN RAW BECAUSE ROASTING
DESTROYS NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.
EATING THE FLESH OF ANY DEAD ANIMALS,
WHICH INCLUDES ALL SEA FOOD, IS
CONDEMNED BY GOD BECAUSE IT CAUSES
THE BLOOD TO RUN HOT (EXCEPT SEAFOOD),
BECAUSE IT PUTS A ROCK ON A PERSON'S SOUL,
AND BECAUSE IT IS A POISON.
EATING DAIRY FOODS AND EGGS ARE PERMITTED
IN MODERATION BUT THE MILK FROM EACH SPECIES, WAS DESIGNED BY GOD, FOR THE YOUNG OF "EACH SPECIES" AND FOR NO OTHER SPECIES, NOR FOR THE ADULTS OF ANY SPECIES.
DRINKING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IS PERMITTED
ALL FOODS GROWN BY MAN SHOULD
BE PICKED ONLY WHEN RIPE.
PICKING FOODS BEFORE THEY ARE RIPE
KEEPS GOD FROM FINISHING HIS JOB
AND ARE THEREFORE NOT VERY GOOD FOR US.
FOODS GROWN WITH CHEMICAL FERTILIZERS
AND INSECTICIDES ARE GREATLY "INFERIOR"
TO FOODS GROWN ORGANICALLY.
WHEN ALL FOODS ARE HARVESTED,

TO PRESERVE NUTRIENTS.
DRIED FRUIT IS GOOD TO EAT AS LONG AS NO
PRESERVATIVES ARE USED ON THEM.
SOME FOODS ARE CONSIDERED ALIVE AND SOME
FOODS ARE DEAD. ALL FOODS, PREPARED WITH
HEAT, OF ANY KIND, ARE DEAD.
ALL FOODS DRIED ARE CONSIDERED DEAD.
NUTS AND SEEDS WILL DIE EVENTUALLY,
WHEN TAKEN FROM THE SHELL,
IF NOT STORED PROPERLY.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE CONSIDERED
ALIVE, FOR A PERIOD OF TIME,
WHEN PICKED RIPE AND STORED PROPERLY.
SOME KINDS OF DEAD FOOD ARE GOOD TO EAT, AS
LONG AS THEY ARE BALANCED WITH FOOD THAT IS
GREENS SUCH AS LETTUCE, CABBAGE, CELERY
TOPS, ETC. WHICH "CAN" BE EATEN RAW, "MUST"
BE EATEN RAW, BECAUSE COOKING WILL DESTROY
NUTRIENTS AND FIBER.
GREENS SUCH AS DANDELION LEAVES, KALE, ETC.
MUST BE COOKED. LEGUMES SUCH AS BEANS, LENTILS,
ETC. MUST BE COOKED.PEANUTS ARE A LEGUME AND
CAN BE EATEN BOTH RAW AND ROASTED.
THE FOODS THAT YOU WILL EAT, HAVE BEEN GROWN
ABOVE GROUND OR BELOW GROUND.
THE MAJOR PART OF YOUR DIET SHOULD BE THAT
WHICH HAS BEEN GROWN ABOVE GROUND, LIKE 60%
ABOVE AND 40% BELOW.
VEGETARIANS CAN GET PLENTY OF PROTEIN FROM
MIXED RAW NUTS, MIXED LEGUMES,
MIXED SEEDS, EGGS AND DAIRY FOODS.
BUTTER SHOULD BE USED INSTEAD OF MARGARINE.
VEGETARIANS NEED TO EAT SOME EGGS
AND DAIRY FOODS TO GET VITAMIN B-12 OR
TAKE A SUPPLEMENT.
SALAD DRESSINGS IN STORES, SHOULD NOT BE USED,
IF THEY HAVE ADDITIVES IN THEM.
