Two Recipes

FIRST RECIPE (by a person):


1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef neck, chuck or round, cut in 1 1/2" pieces
4 tablespoons of flour 3 teaspoons of salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 peeled clove garlic, minced (optional) 3 tablespoons fat or oil
1 cup minced onions 3 cups boiling water 1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon celery seed 8 pared small carrots 4 pared potatoes
1/2 pound string beans 1/4 cup minced parsley

Carbohydrates: 42.8 grams Calcium 115 mg Phosphorus 288 mg

In this world there are countless recipes created by people. The above recipe is just one example of the unlimited combinations put together by people. The additives used by food processors can cause you a lot of problems. That is why it is better to trust God, than to trust any other person, when it comes to food for yourself and who you prepare meals for.

All you have to do is type in "raw food diet recipes" in search engines like, and you will find more ways to fix good healthy meals than you can count. There is no excuse for anyone to eat a bad diet when there are unlimited ways to eat right in the first place. The average person in this world is eating themselves to death because they do not realize what they are doing.

Just because something tastes good, does not mean it is good for you. There are numerous ways to make very good tasteful meals and still eat in a way that you will never get sick or have any disease at all. Science has proven this to be true and there are tons of books out there and web sources that you can research to prove this to yourself.

People go to doctors when they get sick, when they should change their diet, use herbs, clean out their colons or do other natural things, to get well, instead of drugging themselves to death, treating the symptoms of their problems.

People all over this world must start learning the natural way back to health or they will never be healthy. If people would only build their diet around God's Diet, they would eliminate most or all of their sicknesses and diseases eventually.

People all over this world are finally beginning to realize that proper diet and choosing the right foods will cure ailments a lot better than going to a "Drug Doctor". There are books coming out all the time telling you what foods to eat to deal with certain ailments. The more you learn about theses things the better off you will be. You can join a book club like and they will have the latest books on using food to treat your illnesses.

I get dreams about my health problems all the time and I believe anybody can do that if they will only take an interest in their dreams and start writing them down in the morning.

For instance I was told to always eat raw vegetables, to drink vegetable juice like V-8 to get rid of free radicals, to not eat meat or I would go down in darkness, to eat blue berries or large purple grapes to control anger, to drink Squirt for a certain type of stomach ache (otherwise never to drink any soft drinks), drink red wine, or beer, or hard liquor depending on the circumstances but not too much, eat peanuts and raw mixed nuts for bodybuilding, to drink dandelion root tea to protect my liver, to drink a lot of lemon juice to clean out my kidneys, to take vitamin D every day because I wasn't getting enough sunlight, to drink lots of water, to drink green tea, to not eat ice cream, to not drink very much milk, to eat hard boiled eggs, to drink pineapple juice, etc.

Anybody can do this if they just try. Your dreams will help you through any problem but you have to learn the symbols and everybody is different.
